Nomi User Agreement
Effective Date: 2025/2/10

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Nomi mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not use the App. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Nomi ("we," "us," or "our"), a service provider based in California, USA.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from accessing or using the App.

3. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the App, you consent to these practices. Our Privacy Policy complies with applicable California laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:

• Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
• Infringe intellectual property rights.
• Disrupt the App’s functionality or security.
• Share content that is abusive, discriminatory, or violates third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and features on the App are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in California.
